Our rendered lard is a wonderful, all-purpose, local cooking fat! Good for sautéing, frying, pie crusts, and more. Because of its unique fat composition, lard can be heated to high temperatures without turning to trans fat.  Lard made from pastured pork is an excellent source of vitamin D and of healthful monounsaturated fat.  Available frozen in tubs approximately 2 lb or 10 lb each.
