Our meat CSA runs year-round, without a set start date. Jump in any time! 

The meat share is setup as a flexible, spend-down credit. Because our meat is available year-round, you may join in any time, and spend your credits at your own pace. Our Meat CSA is a Market Style program. Here's how it works:
 
-You pick and choose the amounts and types of meat you prefer, based on what we have available. You can either pre-order through our online store or just come to market and choose items.

-Shares are paid for in full at the beginning of your round. Then, based on your chosen share size, we add a percentage to your CSA investment (see chart). Each time you shop, we record the purchase and subtract it from your balance until the credits are used up. You can renew at any time throughout the year.
 

-You can participate in the program in accordance with your schedule--there is no commitment to picking up each week. If you have to miss a week or more at a time, you can purchase more on the weeks you are able. There is no obligation on how much or how little you can spend each week.

-The meat selection will vary throughout the season, but each week, we offer a large and diverse inventory for you to choose from. This includes a variety of beef, chicken, pork, and turkey items, and eggs when available. At times, certain cuts may be sold out, or we may put limits on items that we are low on, but there will always be something to choose from. So, if you are flexible about your meat choices, this is the option for you. If you prefer a pre-ordered, predictable selection of meat, then consider joining The Good Eaton Club for monthly pickups in Clifton.

MID-MAY THRU OCTOBER: Sundays on Hyde Park Square, 9:30am to 1pm; 2700 Erie Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45208 
NOVEMBER THRU EARLY MAY: Sundays at Winter Market at MadTree Brewing (located inside the Taproom), 10am to 1pm; 3301 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45209. 
Market is open most Sundays year-round, with just a handful of holiday closures.
