Choose from the available types in the menu: 

Regular: this is the whole wing and includes all three parts of the chicken wing: the tip, the drummette, and the wingette in one piece

Party Style: this is a chicken wing that has been cut into just the two main sections, the drummette and the wingette and separated. The wing tip has been removed and is not included.
