Treat yourself to an old school bologna sandwich! It is extremely difficult to find local, pastured, ready-to-eat proteins. This perfectly spiced locavore bologna is made with our pastured pork, fully cooked, and sliced. Just thaw and eat! While the seasoning blend is not completely natural (see photo for ingredients), it is free of nitrates and MSG and it is the best we've been able to find from the many butchers we have used over the years. And it's pretty gosh-darn delicious.
